Curb Appeal

Posted by Vicky

Last weekend Bill and I went up to visit our daughter and her family. While we were there, the guys got to go golfing...and we also helped them start the landscaping around their house! It's amazing how little it takes to make your house have a little more curb appeal. They were tired of the overgrown hasta that were taking up their planting areas, and were ready for something more simple and pretty! I think we successfully managed that with the addition of a few more plants and spreading them out a bit! We even had bought enough plants to put a few more around the other sides of their house as well. I can't tell you how nice it looks. It was so easy, affordable...and oh what a difference it has made. This week they even went and got some rock to fill in the areas we planted...that even added more to the "wow factor" when you drive by their house or pull up into the driveway.
