New Fan Part

Posted by Vicky

Recently our bathroom fan light went out and we found out that it wasn't the light bulb that was the problem. It was the ballast that was causing the issue. Bill called the manufacturer and they are going to send a new ballast free of charge. I thought that was great news. Apparently there have been problems with the part so they are standing behind the product like I hoped they would. It will probably make me want to buy from them again.
